Bristol City Council comissioned Jones Millbank to produce an authentic look at the impact COVID-19 has had on the City, to both preceed the Mayor's annual State of the City address and to be used across social.

The video features several Bristol's business owners and care-workers sharing their struggles during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The narrative approach was to bring awareness about the entire situation and also show the great power that community has in Bristol
